Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing tradematebot.com or using any TradeMate service, you agree to these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services

TradeMate provides:

Done-for-you prop firm challenge passing on TTT Markets or Traderscale
Sonic EA files delivered to the client plus EA setup and management on the funded account via TradeMate's copy trading dashboard
12 months of ongoing support from funded account activation

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to participate in trading activities in your jurisdiction. By using our services, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

4. Fees & Payment

Our one-time service fee is $3,000 USD unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment is due before service commencement unless a deferred arrangement has been explicitly confirmed in writing. Payments are processed via Stripe, bank transfer, or cryptocurrency. All fees are non-refundable once both milestones (challenge pass + EA setup) are completed.

5. Guarantee & Refund Policy

If TradeMate fails to pass your challenge on TTT Markets or Traderscale, you are entitled to a full refund of the service fee plus $1,000 USD compensation. This applies to one challenge attempt per agreement.

The guarantee is void if you interfere with or trade the challenge account, provide incorrect credentials, or breach any term of this agreement.

6. Risk Disclaimer

Trading foreign exchange and commodities involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance is not indicative of future results. TradeMate does not guarantee profitability or specific returns. You may lose some or all of your funded account balance.

7. Prop Firm Compliance

TradeMate is not affiliated with any prop firm. Prop firms may change their rules at any time. TradeMate is not liable for account closures or payout rejections caused by prop firm decisions. You accept full responsibility for compliance with your chosen prop firm's terms of service.

8. Client Responsibilities

Do not log into or trade any account during the active service period
Provide accurate account credentials promptly upon payment
Do not share, resell, or transfer the Sonic EA to any third party
Notify TradeMate immediately of any prop firm communications about your account

9. Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a fraudulent chargeback after service delivery is a material breach of these terms. TradeMate reserves the right to submit all delivery evidence to payment processors and pursue legal action to recover all outstanding amounts plus a $500 processing penalty.

10. SMS Communications

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from TradeMate including appointment reminders, account updates, and follow-up communications. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Message and data rates may apply.

11. Limitation of Liability

TradeMate's total liability shall not exceed the total amount you paid. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. TradeMate reserves the right to enforce these terms in your jurisdiction of residence, including the United States and Canada.
